I have heard absolutely nothing about the driver since Thursday. The silence worries me. I’d like to hear the details of the accident from him.
This weekend, several of the closest family members have been arriving to be with Patrick and me. Pat is the youngest of 11 children, so I know how hard it is for his siblings to see their little brother like this. I am one of eight children, so we have big families full of support–we need it.
Friends have been incredible.
Don’t let the urgency of this accident and how it relates to bicycle safety slip away.
